Performing Right Society Ltd (t/a "PRS" and/or PRS for Music) - is a collective management organisation established for the purposes of licensing and collecting royalties in respect of the public performance and/or communication to the public of copyright musical works written and/or published by its members and the members of affiliated societies around the world, and distributing royalties collected amongst the composers and publishers of the works concerned.
